Alisha-Lynn Lapointe, DDS is a PGY-2 Resident completing her Pediatric Dentistry Residency at NYU Langone Hospital’s Rhode Island site. She was raised in New Brunswick, Canada and completed her Bachelor of Science with Honours by Thesis in Biology at The University of New Brunswick. Alisha earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree with Distinction from Schulich Dentistry at Western University in Ontario, Canada. Alisha’s professional goals are to: educate the next generation of healthcare providers on inclusivity, patient advocacy, and delivery of interprofessional equitable care. Alisha is thrilled to be participating in The Rhode Island Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Other Related Disabilities Training Program (RI-LEND) through Brown University. In her spare time, Alisha enjoys hiking, cooking, painting, and playing soccer.
