Dr. Rose received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1989 from West Virginia University followed by a one year GPR in 1990 at Charleston Area Medical Center. Dr. Rose then completed his Pediatric Dentistry residency at Riley Childrens Hospital while simultaneously earning his MSD from Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. After 31 years of private practice he entered Academics in 2024 and is currently the Clinic Director of Pediatric Dentistry for UT Health San Antonio. He has been Board Certified in Pediatric Dentistry since 1996 and is also a fellow of the AAPD.
