Giovana Anovazzi, DDS, MSc, PhD, is a clinical Assistant Professor at University of Michigan.
Dr. Anovazzi earned her D.D.S. from São Paulo State University (Araraquara, Brazil) in 2008, Mater in 2012 and PhD 2016.
She completed specialty training in Periodontics and Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Anovazzi joined the University of Michigan, Department of Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry in 2020.
Dr. Anovazzi has mentored undergraduate and graduate dental students, secured research funding, and published in international peer-reviewed journals. She also has extensive experience in clinical and didactic instruction and works closely with predoctoral and graduate students at the School of Dentistry.
