Anna Dursztman is currently a second year resident in the Pediatric program at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. She grew up in New York and attended New York University College of Dentistry where she earned her DDS degree. She has specific interests in working with children with dental fear and anxiety, and the adolescent population. Having had a fear of needles as a child, Anna empathizes greatly with her patients and always strives to make each appointment as positive as possible, starting with effective anesthetic delivery. This interest has guided her research on inferior alveolar nerve anatomy and will continue to influence her approach as a pediatric dentist.
