I am Celeith Acevedo Moros, DDS, a Venezuelan-trained dentist and current Pediatric Dentistry Resident at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. I have clinical experience in both private practice and hospital-based dental settings, which has allowed me to develop a comprehensive approach to patient care. I am passionate about serving children and families from diverse backgrounds, including patients with special health care needs and craniofacial conditions.
I have a strong interest in research, particularly in behavior management and sedation in pediatric dentistry. My current research focuses on oral midazolam sedation outcomes, including success rates, failures, and paradoxical reactions, through a retrospective analysis at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Through this work, I aim to contribute to a better understanding of sedation practices and improve clinical decision-making and patient safety.
I am committed to providing patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care. My goal is to create a positive dental experience for children while supporting their long-term oral health. I am also dedicated to continuing professional growth and contributing to advancements in pediatric dentistry through both clinical practice and research.
