Parinaz Zaree bavani, DDS, is a pediatric dental resident at Children’s Hospital of Michigan, Detroit Medical Center. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and holds a background in kinesiology. Her clinical interests include pediatric behavior management focus on special needs kids, dental anxiety, and preventive care. Her current research focuses on the impact of parental dental anxiety on the timing of children’s first dental visits.
