My name is Wilmary Santiago-Ramos, DMD, and I am a second-year Pediatric Dentistry Resident in the Advanced Education Program in Pediatric Dentistry at the School of Dental Medicine, Medical Sciences Campus, University of Puerto Rico. I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the same institution in 2024.

I have had the privilege of completing the ADEA Fellowship for two consecutive years, an experience that strengthened my leadership skills and confirmed my passion for academic dentistry. This experience has inspired my commitment to growth, mentorship, and excellence in the field.

Because of this, my career goals include working in both academia and private practice, where I aim to provide high-quality care to my patients while also contributing to the education and mentorship of future dentists.
