Harvard School of Dental Medicine
Noura Abousy is a second-year dental student pursuing a DMD at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. After recieving her BA in Global Health and Spanish at the University of Virginia, Noura took on many roles of mentorship and teaching ESL before entering dental school. Inspired by her role in mentorship among students, Noura has a strong interest with working with and advocating for children and young adolescents. She believes that the earliest dental experiences a child is incredibly formative to the way they approach healthcare in the future. That being said, Noura has a strong interest in intersecting her passion in pediatric care with clinical research in order to contribute to greater understandings on how to improve clinical outcomes and enhance the patient-doctor and family relationship.
