Anushka Parakh, BDS, MS (SLP), is a second-year Pediatric Dentistry resident at UConn.She earned her dental degree from KLE Institute of Dental Sciences in Karnataka, India, where she first discovered her passion for working with children and individuals with special healthcare needs. She later completed a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology in New York Medical College, Valhalla with a specialization in early intervention and pediatric dysphagia. Her clinical interests include special needs dentistry and cleft care, and she hopes to integrate her combined expertise in pediatric dentistry and speech-language pathology to provide more comprehensive care in the future.
