Dr. Ki Young Choe is a first-year pediatric dentistry resident at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He earned his dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry, where he developed a strong foundation in clinical dentistry and a growing passion for working with children.
Following his dental training, Dr. Choe practiced in Dallas for five years, primarily serving pediatric patients. During this time, he gained extensive experience in managing the oral health needs of children, including those from underserved communities. His clinical work emphasized preventive care, behavior guidance, and comprehensive treatment, allowing him to build strong relationships with both patients and their families.
Dr. Choe is committed to advancing his skills in pediatric dentistry through residency training, with a focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each child’s unique needs. His professional interests include behavior management, dental trauma, and improving access to care for vulnerable populations.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Choe enjoys spending time with his family and exploring a variety of cuisines, often seeking out new dining experiences during his free time.
