Dr. Alice (Shiqi) Dong, DDS, is a second-year Pediatric Dentistry resident at the University of Rochester Eastman Institute for Oral Health. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada. Following graduation, Dr. Dong provided care to underserved populations in rural Saskatchewan, where she gained valuable experience addressing access-to-care challenges. She later practiced in Toronto in a variety of clinical settings, including family dental practices and emergency dental clinics. Driven by her passion for working with children and creating positive dental experiences, she pursued advanced specialty training in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Dong is currently completing her residency at the University of Rochester, where she continues to focus on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to children.
